This isn’t some cookie-cutter gym assessment.

WHAT WE TEST

How It Works

Each in-person testing session lasts about 60 minutes, including warm-up, testing, and debrief. All assessments are filmed to provide a snapshot of your capabilities.

Your results are either reviewed:

  • During your visit (if you’re already a patient / client)

    OR

  • Over a video consult (for new remote clients)

You’ll receive clear next steps—whether that’s rehab, mobility work, performance programming, or simply a pat on the back and a “keep going.”

Already training remotely?

You can self-perform these tests and submit video recordings for review.
