    She has recently joined Dr. Chase and has brought her expertise in rehab and athletic performance through injury prevention and explosive exercise progressions. Her primary focus is working 1-on-1 with athletes to fill the strength holes that ultimately lead to injury and poor performance when it’s game day.

    JoEllen (PN1) helps clients bridge the gap between knowing and doing through habit-based coaching: simple meal structure, portion or macro guidance when useful, hunger awareness, and the behavior patterns that drive consistency. Her background in client success and working with people across different cultures shaped her approach: she doesn’t hand you a one-size plan—she asks better questions, listens deeply, and helps you build a system that feels personal and sustainable.

    Her mission is to coach clients out of needing her—empowered, less overwhelmed, and able to make confident choices in any season of life.

  • Most athletes don’t get stuck because they aren’t working hard. They get stuck because they’re training like fitness is random—too much intensity, not enough structure, and no plan for the messy reality of competition (high-skill work under fatigue, movements that steal from each other, and the temptation to go full send every day).

    Jon is a CrossFit coach and programmer with nearly 10 years in the competitive space. He helps athletes move from “I do CrossFit” to “I’m training for CrossFit.” His programming is known for smart volume management, building repeatable skill under fatigue, and developing the kind of athletic intelligence that keeps you progressing instead of constantly redlining.

    Inside Action Potential, Jon serves as the bridge between rehab and performance—so once you’re cleared to train, you don’t just return to class… you return with direction.
