Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, you do not need imaging before seeing any of our providers. If you have imaging reports, you are more than welcome to provide them, but most patients never need imaging to receive the benefits of treatment here at Action Potential

  • We aim to support all aspects of physical performance with in-office treatments like Chiropractic Adjustments, Soft Tissue Manipulation, Dry Needling, Cupping; & out-of-office treatments like Prescriptive Rehab & Exercise Programming, Nutritional & Supplementation Guidance

  • Chiropractic adjustments are but one of many tools that we can use when treating. You do not need to get adjusted to receive benefits from treatment. Often treatment will involve more soft tissue & rehab work. There may be select circumstances where adjusting will be recommended based on your specific problem, but again, there are many ways to get joints moving without using chiropractic adjustments.

  • We don't have a crystal ball; it is impossible to accurately predict how many visits a patient needs. That being said, we often see symptoms reduce fairly quickly over the first handful of visits, but the real long-term progress comes from continuous progression of each patient's rehab & mobility program.

  • Outside of providing a Super Bill, we do not work directly with any insurance provider. The super bill we can provide you allows your insurance to reimburse you for the visits (amount reimbursed depends on provider & plan)

  • Yes, our doctors will be giving you plenty of exercises to do at home or the gym on your own time. This extends the therapeutic value you get from your time with us at Action Potential.
